Phrasal Verbs 3 từ (Three-word Phrasal Verbs)

Phrasal verbs 3 từ thường không thể đoán nghĩa từ từng từ riêng lẻ.

Separable vs Inseparable Phrasal Verbs

Separable (Có thể tách ra)

turn off the light = turn the light off ✅
turn off it = turn it off ✅

pick up the book = pick the book up ✅
pick up it = pick it up ✅

Khi dùng đại từ (it, them, him, her), phải đặt giữa động từ và giới từ.

Inseparable (Không thể tách)

look after the children ✅
look the children after ❌

run into an old friend ✅
run an old friend into ❌
